The original Champagne Truffle was created by Adolf Tesucher, Sr over 70 years ago. The specialty has been often copied but never equaled. This truffle is the House Specialty; our famous Champagne Truffle! A delicate blend of fresh cream, butter and chocolate to create a dark chocolate ganache infused with Dom Perignon Champagne enrobed in Milk Chocolate and dusted with confectioner's sugar. Also comes in a purely dark version.
