At Teuscher Toronto, we take the utmost care to ensure your handcrafted Swiss chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship directly from our boutique at 131 Bloor Street West, Toronto via Canada Post.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
A tracking number and email confirmation are provided once your order is dispatched.
To protect the freshness of your chocolates, we do not recommend shipments departing on Fridays, as they may remain in transit over the weekend. (Same-day couriers excluded.)
To ensure your chocolates are received safely and never left unattended, shipments are sent with signature required.
Once a package has been delivered to the specified address, Teuscher Toronto is not responsible for damage due to unattended parcels or environmental conditions.
Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete information.
During peak holidays, we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
To maintain the highest standards, Teuscher Toronto may hold or restrict shipments during warm weather. When we do ship, cooling gel packs may be included to safeguard freshness in transit.

Rates & Availability

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Backorders are not available; if an item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you with alternatives or a refund option.
We are proud to be the only Teuscher purveyor in Canada, with shipping available nationwide. Please note, however, that we are unable to deliver to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut. International delivery is not possible due to food import regulations.

Taxes

Applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST) are added based on your shipping address.

Important Notes

To preserve freshness, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the parcel promptly, especially in warm weather.
Once in the carrier’s hands, delays due to weather, volume, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
